Showcasing Summer of Coders Around the World

We've created a KML file (requires Google Earth) showcasing our successful 2007 student participants. The file will show you the global connections made between students and their mentors, and we have to say the results look pretty sweet.

Check it out and let us know what you think!

Oh great, my student isn't listed - because he didn't give his location I presume?

Hello Leslie:

It's also posible to view it through Google Maps.

Thanks for such a nice work.

Hello,

I am not listed either, although I selected "Publish my location" on my student account. Please include me on the list.

Thanks,

@ petur: That is likely the reason. Your student can email our program support alias and we can look into it.

@ MARK: Great point, thanks. Glad you like the map.

@ savino sguera, evely & isuru: Please email our support alias and we can look into it.

@ Saliya Ekanayake: Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
